Meat Processing Services Pty Ltd's range of consulting services stem from the extensive hands-on experience Harry Schulz has gained in his 30 years of work in the meat processing industry – from shop floor to manager's chair.

Many of the services offered aim at maximising the return on investment to the meat company by: maximising carcass yields, increasing efficiencies, minimising occupational hazards, minimising power and water use, combining hygienic practices with ergonomic movements, through to liaising between management and the workforce to resolve industrial differences.

Meat Processing Services consulting services include:

  • maximise carcass yield and offal retrieval, and increase hide and skin values
  • address manning levels by eliminating double handling and optimising each operation
  • link hygenic practices to ergonomic movements by hands-on demonstrations
  • hands-on training for individuals or entire new processing teams
